I feel nervous about auditioning! Will I have to read or sing on my own?
Please don't worry! Our auditions will be a workshop style audition, where everyone gets involved together. There will be an hour of acting, an hour of singing and an hour of dancing. When you arrive, all you need to do is complete a short form telling us a bit about yourself and the role or roles you're interested in auditioning for. We'll do the rest.
I've not heard any of the music. I'd love to listen to some!
Take a look at the Peter Pan trailer on this page. It'll give you a really good idea of just how good the songs are! There are lots of different styles, which makes this an amazing musical. There's also a youtube playlist which lets you play all of the songs from the show. You can find this HERE
I'd like to know more about the characters in the show. Tell me more!
Below are all of the main characters in the show.
Can be played by a small male or female, slim.
Pref. max height 5' 5" (1.63 metres). Confident singer. Athletic, strong, nimble dancer, stage fighting and flying skills will be taught. Possible aerial acrobatics using harness and wires.
Played by a very young actress. No lines or singing required, but must be able to move well and dance.
Playing age late 40s/early 50s. Tall: 6ft plus (at least 1.80 metres). Good comedic skills as well as able to portray a dangerous disposition. Stage fighting skills will be taught. Vocally – excellent singer. Needs to be fit and move well.
Playing age 13/14, on the verge of adolescence, would suit young actress who can successfully play down. Long blonde hair, blue eyes, positive attractive features, graceful. Of similar height to Peter. Dance skills. Vocally – strong singer. Also ‘flies’ but is not required to perform any aerial acrobatics.
Playing age 12, would suit 15/16 year-old, small actor who can play down. Strong singer. Also flies.
Child actor. Playing age 7/8. Sweet, bubbly, a likeable boy, full of fun. Must be able to sing well. Also flies.

Playing age late 30s. Tallish; pref 5' 8" plus (1.7 metres).
Beautiful, graceful, warm, motherly. Exactly as we would presume Wendy’s mother to be. Vocally – strong singer.
LIZA - THE DARLINGS' SERVANT
Small; max 5' 4" (1.60 metres). Good singer.
THE LOST BOYS
The Lost Boys can be played by girls or boys, and all will be required to sing and dance.
The leader in Peter’s absence, so probably taller than the rest and may even be slightly taller than Peter himself. Rather simple but he has a good heart.
Extremely jovial, everything is a laugh and he has a great time.
Conceited, knows very little but considers himself knowledgeable about most things.
Curly haired (hence name). Rather timid but loyal.
The classical twins; we should not be able to tell them apart.
Indian girl. Confident. Good singer and dancer
An oddly pirate, slightly cartoonesque, grey haired and a little pair of spectacles at the end of his nose. A caricature, good comedic skills. Smallish, perhaps rather tubby.
Quite eccentric and not overly ‘masculine’. Something of a coward, who doesn’t enjoy fighting or getting his hands
dirty. Good singer and mover.
This should be a wonderful theatrical skin, in no way comedic.
The Croc should look dangerous and evil.
LARGE CHORUS OF PIRATES AND INDIANS
All ages and abilities. Will be required to sing and dance.
