IT'S TIME TO SHINE AGAIN!

Rehearsals are starting again on Wednesday 19th May 2021!

 

Things will work a little differently for a while as there are still

COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines in place.

 

We need to follow these, so please read all of the information below, so you are aware of what to do. Thank you.

REHEARSAL TIMES
Rehearsals will be split into two separate sessions. This is to allow for social distancing.
 Please check out our facebook page each week to find out when you are required.

ARRIVAL

Entry and exit

Entry to the building will now be from the ground floor entrance. Exit will be now be via the fire door on the first floor. You should ensure that you adhere to the 2-metre rule when waiting outside the building. Once inside the building, you should continue to follow the 2-metre rule.

Disabled access will be via the fire door on the first floor. 

Symptoms

All members will sign a form at each rehearsal to confirm that they are fit and well and not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Hand sanitiser

Hand sanitiser will be provided at all rehearsals and must be used.

Face masks

Face masks MUST be worn to ALL rehearsals. If you are aged 11 or over, please bring your face mask with you. Anyone not wearing a face mask will not be allowed to take part in the rehearsal.

Wearing of face masks will only be required on entry and exit. Once inside the building, face masks can be removed, but please follow the 2-metre rule.

MEMBERSHIP

Our membership fees are the only thing that haven't changed at all and are charged at £20 per month, per member. Payment should be made on arrival please. We accept both cash and credit/debit card.

PARENTS

Parents dropping off and or collecting children are to wait outside.

Parents will not be allowed to stay with their child to avoid the further spread of COVID-19 and to ensure that we don't go over our maximum number of people allowed in the building at any one time.

IF YOU BECOME UNWELL
 

If anyone becomes unwell, with a new continuous cough, change in taste or smell, or a high temperature during rehearsal, they will be sent home, and advised to follow the stay-at-home guidance.
 

If an individual or a close family member becomes infected after a rehearsal, they will be advised to self-isolate for 14 days.
